WCF Bay Area Bash

We were all disappointed that we had to cancel last year’s event due to the devastating hurricanes, but we have already started planning for this year. The Group Code for the 2025 WCF Bay Area Bash is USMV25 for the Bilmar Beach Resort, the host hotel.
Below you will find information for the host hotel for the 2024 WCF Bay Area Bash.
The Bash will take place Saturday, December 13, 2025. The window for discounted rates this year is from December 7, 2025 to December 17, 2025.
Ride, drive, fly, walk, take a bus, do whatever it takes to get to the island, because once you are there, transportation is not needed! Enjoy you time on the beach in the warm sand. Make it a family vacation.

We will be on the island starting Thursday and staying through Sunday afternoon to make sure anyone that makes the trip enjoys themselves. If you’ve never been, just ask a brother who has. It’s a blast!
