Lodging:Twenty rooms have been set aside at a group rate:
Single Queen: $88
Double Queen: $96

Hospitality:NM1 will host two hospitality rooms – one serving drinks and the other available for brothers to relax and recharge.
Meals:Food will be provided beginning Thursday evening through Sunday morning.
Shuttle Service:A complimentary shuttle will be available to the Isleta Resort and Casino.
Rides:We’ll be hosting two chapter rides – one short and one long – with details coming soon.

We have secured a RV park for South West Rendezvous 2026
Happy Trails RV park located in Moriarty NM. And it’s located across the street from the host hotel making it super easy to go too and from the hotel we have a special rate of $39.06 for a pull through up to 70 foot with a 30amp power, water & sewer ( these spaces are limited ) A 50 amp is $43.22 and has water, sewer etc. and there’s no limitations on how long you stay. Brothers, this might be a little long but it’s full of SWR 2026 information and Instructions so please talk a minute.
I’ve got an update on the SWR motel room problem and I secured 20 more rooms at the over flow motel but you’ll have to call Patel directly @ 505-221-3671 or the Host Hotel @ 505-521-2346 you’ll have to inform them who you are and club affiliation,
We are competing with the new solar/wind contractors so rooms are becoming harder to secure so please call him ASAP if you need a room. Also don’t forget we also secured the Happy Trails RV park that has a rate of 39.00 a night with full the hook ups a day and you’ll get an additional 15% off when using the code ( US MILITARY VETS group ) they can be reached @ 505-508-0340 ask to speak to the park manager if there’s any problems.
The over flow motel and RV park are across the street from the Host Hotel.
There will be a guided ride on Saturday to support our local veterans and the Memorial wall here in Moriarty starting at 10am and everyone is encouraged to join, we have several rides scheduled for the weekend but the Veterans Memorial Wall will be our most important destination and support.
There will be monster trucks and yes you’ll have a chance drive a Monster Truck Friday evening for a $1.00 dollar so you’ll not want to miss that ( sizes very). All Food and drinks will be unlimited while you are here with the purchase of a 20.00 dollar wristband.
There will be lots of Brotherhood and shenanigans all weekend.
Meals will be served from 7am-9am breakfast, lunch from 12-1400 and Dinner from 1700-1900 daily and unlimited snacks and other food will be available nonstop while you are here so no one is to be hungry or thirsty while here period.

We also secured a bus and transportation will be provided by the Chapter to and from the host hotel to the local casino every couple of hours as well as to the local VFW so no one should drink and drive/ride, Note our local VFW doesn’t open until 1500 and closes at 2030 daily but im hoping that they will adjust that for this event.
There’s more to come and I’m 100% sure I left a bunch things out as We have so much scheduled and tons of raffle and giveaway items your sure to want.
