NC Combined Annual

This year is North Carolina’s 20th Anniversary and one party that you won’t want to miss. We will be having our combined annual at the Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge in Stecoah NC Aug 14-16. If you’re wondering where that is, it’s over in the mountains of western North Carolina. Make your reservations before April 1st and get 30% off! DO NOT try to book online. Our weekend is blocked for us and the only way to make your reservation is to email or text.
This is an adult only motorcycle resort, NO ONE under 21 and NO outside alcohol. We do have a well stocked bar but if there is a particular flavor you crave just email us and we’ll do our best to have it there.
If you make your reservations before April 1 and tell them you’re with USMVMC, you’ll get 30% off the lodging. After that they open up that weekend for anybody. Not to be greedy but we want the whole place to ourselves so get your reservations in.
As always the bar opens up by noon on Friday and goes until we pack up Sunday morning. There is a small creek so we will be having our famous duck races as well as some bike games, a burnout trailer and raffles.
This place is pretty legit, it has a bunch of cabins, RV parking, tent camping, bunk house and even a few replica covered wagons. There is a lodge where you’ll get breakfast and dinner that also serves as hang out space (air conditioned). Breakfast and Dinner are ordered through the lodge. They do not serve lunch, but don’t worry we will.
This time of year is pretty slow for them, they are a motorcycle resort after all and it’s winter, so they are not fully staffed. To make reservations email them at information@ironhorsenc.com or TEXT 1-828-735-6174. Yes this is a different number than what is on their website, again, not fully staffed right now. Sonia the office manager will call you back to make your reservation so if you have one of those j-o-b things and can’t be reached at a certain time you have to tell them that.
