LOCATION: 13 Andrews Street, Surrency GA 31563 (Clubhouse)

1900 (Friday night) —– food will be served for our open house on Friday
night.

1300—–GA7 annual will start
1600—- Door prizes will be done
1700—- Chow will be served. As always, GA7 will not charge anyone for
food.
Primitive camping for tents and campers is available Friday night and
Saturday night at the clubhouse.
Hotels in Baxley for the weekend:
Sleep Inn—— 912-328-4531. This is the newest hotel in Baxley. $100 per
night. 4.3 stars
Budget Host Inn—– 912-367-6653. $73 per night. 4.2 stars
Key West Inn——- 912-367-2200. $60 per night. 3.4 stars
NOTE: hotel rooms may very as the rates were posted online.
Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels for those who wish
to get a hotel. . Chewie is the POC for this. 912-441-8303

During the annual, all beer will be provided out back of the clubhouse and
anything else will be provided inside.
NOTE: We will raffle off a weapon and only do that day on raffle tickets.
Last year, we had to cancel our annual do to the hurricane. We are excited about
this year annual.
After many request from brothers, we will be doing our annual once again at
our clubhouse. Look forward to everyone coming to the annual.
