WINTER RENDEZVOUS

The 2026 Winter Rendezvous will be held February 5, 6 ,7 ,8. Party hotel is the Plaza inn & suites located at 901 Dual highway Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
Ms. Karen is off on Wednesday and Sundays ( ONLY TALK TO HER,SHE IS OUR P.O.C.)
The Party hotel room reservation phone # 301-733-5100. ROOM RESERVATIONS open up on BLACK Friday the 28th. The hotel had some storm damage and is not at 100% room capacity so it is imperative that you know your room needs for yourself and chapter brothers before reserving rooms.

Here is a bit of what we have planned.
Thursday evening:
We will be onsite about 1800 to setup and have some beverages
Friday day:
Bar and keg dont open til 1400 alot of us will be down range at brother OORAH celebration of life.
Friday evening:
Pizza, booze, bull riding, and BROTHERHOOD
Saturday:
Merchandise and raffle sales all day and another free keg to kick start the day.
Saturday Evening:
Chow, announcements and raffles, karaoke
SERIOUS INFO:
There is a homeless camp near the hotel so there is alot of unwanted foot traffic in the parking lot. Lock your vehicles and do not give any cigarettes or money to our afflicted community members. (WE DONT FEED STRAYS)
