We were able to acquire rooms at the best hotel in town that everyone enjoyed.

The room rate increases as it nears the annual date, so get your room as soon as possible to save. It’s the best we could do at this moment in order to have access to the hotel.
Wristbands are $20. That covers the alcohol for the weekend.
We cannot cater any food as it goes against the contract with the Western Horseman Bar and Restaurant.
