DESCRIPTION:  \n \nThe Georgia State Meeting Will Start at 1200 Noon as planned at American Legion Post 178 \nAddress:  3219 Richmond Hill Rd.\, Augusta\, GA 30906 \nPlease see attached new flyer for the annual and a few other things that are beneficial to the GA Chapters regarding the State meeting location and annual.\n1. Meeting will start promptly at 1200 unless otherwise directed\n2. This American Legion is strictly CASH Only so bring CASH for your cold beverages and they also have an ATM on site.\nAddress for the State meeting is: The Carter Burdell Hagler American Legion Post 178\, 3219 Richmond Hill Rd.\, Augusta\, GA 30906\n3. The Meeting is only about a mile or 2 from the Clubhouse where the actual party is going to be so No worries.\n4. The Clubhouse will be open for the Brothers that do not want to sit at the Legion during the meeting.\n5. Food will be served at 5 and will be free or donation only so no worries there.\n6. If you remember the band False Flag from Previous annual years ago they will be there again for our entertainment and will start around 6.\n7. Hope to see everyone at the Clubhouse and hope that you stay and enjoy everything provided by the chapter.\n8. Last but not least there is plenty of camping on site but if you need a hotel Please look at the Hampton or Fairfield or any other hotel on Gordon Highway as they are decent and not roach motels.
